Registering with Total Maths Tutoring is a no lose situation for any tutor. We charge no registration fee, when we introduce clients to you a commission is taken from the fee that you charge the client. The rates our tutors charge are excellent and we do not ask you to work exclusively with us. You are still free to work independently or for any other tutoring site or agency. In return for the commission that we charge, we offer tutors the following benefits:

• Advertising – We have a dedicated team marketing your services, both online and offline. We don’t wait for people to come to us, we are actively marketing and advertising so that we can introduce you to new customers. We currently have customers on our waiting list keen to get started.
• Admin – We will provide you with an email address and use of our online booking system, to help keep track of your lessons. Your customers can also access this site to find details of upcoming bookings and details of their previous sessions. This system also includes a useful, easy to use tool for calculating your tax for self assessment. 
• Rewards for helping us grow – As an expanding company we are always looking for new tutors to join our team. If you successfully recommend a qualified teacher to join us, you will receive a reduction in the commission you pay for future sessions.
• Resources – We are never prescriptive about how tutors choose to deliver their sessions but we do want to support tutors where we can. We have available a range of resources for you to use if choose to.
• Prompt payment – We can forward your fees directly to your bank account on a weekly or a monthly basis depending on your preference.
• Support – We want tutors to provide a good level of service and feel valued. If you need support academically or otherwise we are here to help.
