Booking Terms and Conditions

• Total Maths Tutoring act as agents on behalf of the tutor (Tutor) and will introduce the Tutor to the client (Client).
• Bookings are non-refundable, other than in the terms set out in the cancellation policy below. 
• Should you need to rearrange or cancel a booking for any reason, you should contact your tutor directly.

Cancellation Policy

Should you or your tutor need to change the date of your booking more than 24 hours before the session is due to take place due to unforeseen circumstances, the session shall be rearranged at no extra cost to yourself or your tutor.

Any sessions cancelled within 24 hours of the time the session is due to start are non-refundable and will be charged at the full rate. Should the booking not be paid for already, payment will be taken for this booking using your last saved card details. A new booking for your next session will need to be arranged with your tutor and paid for using the link in your confirmation email
